Common App Information

Waimea High School cannot process transcripts electronically

Reports provided to counselor:

            Secondary School Report – SR
            Mid-Year Report – MR

            Final Report – FR

• Counselor reports need to be sent directly to the institution you are applying to, NOT the Common Application office.
• When submitting forms to counselor, please fill out top half & provide your signature for the: IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTE section.
• Also provide a list of the schools you are applying to using the Common Application, including the admission office addresses, that the Reports need to be mailed to.
